Epping Project

One of our clients′ properties made the headlines in the local paper, with the sale of their house hitting a record price for a single story dwelling in a suburb. This project was a huge challenge, with the block having a narrow frontage, the clients wanting to create a point of difference design and facade including a double garage.

This shows that choosing a quality builder and building a one off plan pays dividends! You can read all about it below.

When 7 Evolve Esplanade, Epping, sold under the hammer for a surprising $725,000, it became “the talk of the town”.

THE sale of a single–storey Epping house for a surprising $725,000 has become the “talk of the town”.

Ray White Epping′s Vanny Bains said when the four–bedroom house at 7 Evolve Esplanade sold under the hammer last week at an in–room auction, it sent a buzz through the suburb.

“It′s the talk of the town”, Mr Bains said.

“Everyone is excited about the sale as it achieved a record price for a single–storey house in the Epping North/Wollert area and set a new benchmark price for this pocket located near Craigieburn Rd”.

The neighbours are particularly ecstatic as the price has increased the value of their homes, Mr Bains said.

Four bidders, including one from Brunswick, competed for the property that sold under the hammer to a buyer from South Morang who was downsizing.

Everyone who visited the home was impressed with its quality and presentation, Mr Bains said.

“It had the wow factor”, he said.

The property came with all the bells and whistles, showcased top–class fittings, and featured a large outdoor entertainment area with a second kitchen and a gas fireplace, Mr Bains said.
