12 months in our new house and we couldn't be happier to be in our forever home. Building in one of the hardest times, during Covid, where raw materials and trades were scarce, and because of this the process was slightly longer than anticipated, but Anthony's commitment to quality never wavered. Anthony and his Aviva homes' contractors / trades maintained a level of professionalism and support during the whole process, being helpful and accommodating at all times, building us a home that not only is structurally/functionally exceptional, but aesthetically ticked all the boxes we required. After care from Anthony has been amazing and would definitely recommend AVIVA HOMES to anyone building.
