I just wanted to let you know our family was successful in selling the Tollington Ave unit, which had been our grandmother′s, so it had been in the family 50 years. We regretted selling, but as no one of the 5 surviving children could top the best offer at auction, it has now been sold. It was sold for a good price, and we are happy with that. In fact so good that I do worry about young people starting out today.
